AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF AVONDALE FOR THE LIBRARY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM Approve the Agreement between the Maricopa County Library District and the City of Avondale for the provision of certain library services and reimbursements to the Avondale Public Libraries.
