AMEND AND RESTATE LICENSE BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY LIBRARY DISTRICT AND JW TECH CONSULTING, LLC Approve and execute the First Amendment to Restate License Agreement between Maricopa County Library District, a political taxing subdivision of the State of Arizona and JW Tech Consulting, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. The First Amendment extends the term of the License for ninety (90) days and will expire April 13, 2025. This item is in Supervisory District 3. (C-65-24-007-X-01)
