120. IGA BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY AND THE CITY OF LITCHFIELD PARK FOR THE OPERATION OF A PUBLIC LIBRARY Approve and authorize Chairman to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement (Agreement) G-30223 between the Maricopa County Library District and the City of Litchfield Park for approximately 6,701 square feet of space for the operation of a public library located at 101 W Wigwam Blvd, Litchfield Park, Arizona. The Library District and the City of Litchfield Park are entering into a new IGA to establish the terms and conditions under which the parties will continue providing library services at the existing library. The Term of this Agreement shall be for (5) years beginning on the Commencement Date and expiring on June 30, 2029, unless sooner terminated as provided for in this Agreement. (C-65-25-008-X-00)
