IGA WITH THE TOWN OF GILA BEND AND MARICOPA COUNTY LIBRARY DISTRICT Approve and authorize Chair to execute the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Maricopa County Library District and the Town of Gila Bend for approximately 2,665 square feet of space for the operation of a public library located at 202 N. Euclid, Gila Bend, Arizona. The Library District and the Town of Gila Bend are entering into a new IGA to provide library services to the residents of the Gila Bend area. The term of this Agreement upon approval shall be for (5) years and shall expire on December 1, 2030. (C-65-26-007-X-00)
