H-2. INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF PEORIA'S PUBLIC HOUSING UNITS BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF MARICOPA COUNTY Adopt Resolution #11-005 and approve Intergovernmental Agreement between the Housing Authority of Maricopa County and the City of Peoria for the management of the City's Public Housing Units. Effective July 1, 2011, term of this Agreement is for three years with one two-year extension. The City of Peoria owns Public Housing Units and desires to contract with the Housing Authority of Maricopa County for the management of these Units. The Housing Authority will earn revenue in the form of property management fees, bookkeeping fees, and asset management fees pursuant to United States Department of Housing and Urban Development rules. This agreement supersedes and replaces in its entirety previous Intergovernmental Agreement effective October 25, 2008, also identified as City of Peoria Contract LCON 17708. (C-66-12-002-M-00)
