H-2. RESOLUTION NO. 11-041 AWARDING QUALIFICATIONS BASED SELECTION CONTRACT (C12-0055) FOR ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES TO ORCUTT/WINSLOW Approve Resolution No. 11-041 and award Qualifications Based Selection (QBS S # S008610) contract (C12-0055) for Architectural/Engineering Design Services to Orcutt/Winslow in an amount not-to-exceed $75,000 annually and is initially executed for services pertaining to the first year only. The purpose of this contract is to provide as-needed architectural/engineering design services in support of the Housing Authority's capital program. This contract is effective October 19, 2011 until October 18, 2012, and the Housing Authority shall retain the right to renew this contract, at the Housing Authority's option, for two (2) one year periods.
