6. ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY FOR HOUSING AUTHORITY USE Approve and authorize the Executive Director of Maricopa County Housing Authority (“Housing Authority”) to determine the feasibility of acquiring the real property, and improvements thereon, for Housing Authority use at the following location: 8910 N. 78th Avenue, in Peoria. Further authorize the Real Estate Manager of Maricopa County to discuss and enter into negotiations with the respective property owner(s) and/or owner representative(s) to acquire the real property for Housing Authority use. The final purchase agreement are subject to the approval of the Maricopa County Housing Authority Board of Commissioners. (C-66-12-017-M-00)
