H-7. DECLARATION OF TRUST DOCUMENTS FOR HOUSING AUTHORITY OF MARICOPA COUNTY PUBLIC HOUSING MODERNIZATION GRANT PROJECTS Approve and execute Declaration of Trust documents for Housing Authority of Maricopa County Public Housing Modernization Grant Projects (form HUD-52190-B) which declares and acknowledges that during the existence of the trust hereby created, HUD has been granted and is possessed of an interest in its public housing properties. This is to assure HUD of the performance by HAMC of the covenants contained in the Modernization Project Grant Amendment (dated 8/03/2011) and Annual Contributions Contract (dated 3/15/1996). HAMC does acknowledge and declare that it is possessed of and holds in trust for the benefit of HUD 771 lower income housing project dwelling units located in Glendale, Tolleson, Avondale, El Mirage, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Phoenix, and Surprise known as Project No. AZ20P00950111, AMP 1-AMP6, AMP 7, and AMP 8-10 (legal description attached.
