H-3. AMENDMENT TO JG STAFFING CONTRACT Adopt Resolution No. 11-045 and approve Contract Amendment with JG Staffing Inc., Housing Authority of Maricopa County (HAMC) Contract #S00391 Temporary Staffing Services, originally approved by Resolution 11-011 on March 30, 2011, to be effective from December 14, 2011 to April 5, 2012. This action amends the Original Contract (Contract) to include an increase in the Contract Value, as referenced in Paragraph 3.4 of the Contract, from $50,000 to $100,000. This increase in the Contract Value is needed for additional temporary staffing requirements over and above HAMC's initial temporary staffing projections in both maintenance services and administrative/clerical. In addition, the maximum Labor costs, as reference in Paragraph 3.3.1 of the Contract, will be increased for both hiring categories, Maintenance and Administrative/Clerical. The Minimum pay rate of the Administrative/Clerical category will be decreased. The changes in Pay rate ranges are needed for HAMC's temporary hiring requirements. Renewal Options, Paragraph 3.5 is amended to read, "This contract is initially executed for services pertaining to the first year only. The HA shall retain the right to renew this contract, at the HA's option, for (2) two one-year periods with a Not-To-Exceed value of $100,000.00 for each year." All other terms and conditions of the Original Contract remain unchanged. (C-66-12-030-M-00)
