HA-1. RESOLUTION NO. 12-001 APPROVING COMPLIANCE AGREEMENT WITH US DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (CASE NO. 09-12-0148-4, SECTION 504; AND CASE NO. 09-12-0148-D, ADA) Adopt Resolution No. 12-001 and approve Voluntary Compliance Agreement between the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) (Case No. 09-12-0148-4, Section 504; and Case No. 09-12-0148-D, ADA) and the Housing Authority of Maricopa County. This Voluntary Compliance Agreement is for a period of three (3) years from the effective date of the Agreement. HUD and HAMC expressly agree that this Agreement constitutes neither a binding contract under state or federal law, nor an Agreement pursuant to the Fair Housing Act, unless and until such time as it is approved by the Department, through the FHEO Regional Director or his designee. The Voluntary Compliance Agreement is a non-financial agreement. (C-66-12-037-M-00)
