H-1. PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY ANNUAL PLAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 2012-2013 Adopt Resolution 12-004 and authorize submission of the Public Housing Agency (PHA) Annual Plan for Fiscal Year 2012-2013 to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. This plan will be effective from July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. This Annual Plan is identical to the approved Fiscal Year 2011-2012 Annual Plan except for what is listed in Section 6.0 (a) of the Annual Plan, PHA Plan Update. Public Housing Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP)changes: * Modified the pet deposit to equal the amount of TTP, up to a maximum of $100.00 (Previously $150 maximum rate.) * Wait list preference for Veterans was added to the ACOP. * Added an additional waitlist for the Peoria Area to be effective on July 1, 2012. * May permit security deposits to be paid in installment payments up to 180 days. * Revised the definition of a permanently absent household member as someone who is absent from the unit for more than 91 consecutive days. (Previously 181 days). HCV Section 8 Administrative Policy was amended in the following areas: * Section 2: Eligibility for Admission * Section 5: Subsidy Standards * Section 8: Voucher Issuance and Briefing * Section 10: HQS Inspections * Section 12: Recertifications * Section 18: Complaints & Appeals * Section 21: Project Based Voucher Policy (C-66-12-041-M-00)
