H-1. AMENDMENT TO CASTERLINE ASSOCIATES P.C. CONTRACT Adopt Resolution No. 13-011 and approve amendment to HAMC Contract S02313 Financial Consultant Services with Casterline Associates, P.C., originally approved by Resolution 12-007 on April 25, 2012 (C-66-12-042-M-00). The contract is amended to include the provision of additional financial management services. The contract renewal value is amended to (2) two one-year periods with a Not-To-Exceed value of $204,048.00 for each. All other terms and conditions of the Original Contract remain unchanged. This action is effective upon Board approval. The original solicitation process for Financial Consultant Services was conducted in accordance with 24 CFR Part 85, Subpart 36 – “Procurement”, section (d)(3) in January 2012. Notice of the solicitation was published in the Arizona Republic, the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials website and the Housing Authority of Maricopa County Procurement page.
