H-1. EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH CAPSTONE ROOFING FOR ROOFING REPLACEMENT AND INSTALLATION AT TWO APARTMENT COMPLEXES Adopt Resolution No. 12-010 and approve execution of contract with Capstone Roofing, LLC for replacement and installation of roofing for an amount not-to-exceed $121,146, subject to legal approval, at: Clare Feldstadt Homes I, 710 W. 8th Avenue, Mesa; and Clare Feldstadt Homes II, 8146 E. University Drive, Mesa, AZ. The Contract Agreement is dated May 20, 2012 and work to be performed will commence within ten (10) days from the “Notice to Proceed”. The completion of the contract will be 120 calendar days, beginning with the day following the starting date specified in the “Notice to Proceed”. (C-66-12-047-M-00)
