H-5. HOUSING DEVELOPMENT PLAN AMENDMENT Adopt Resolution No. 13-013 and approve amended Housing Development Plan of the Housing Authority of Maricopa County effective upon approval of the Board. HAMC is a HUD designated agency responsible for housing programs in Maricopa County. This housing development plan essentially outlines HAMC’s long-term, multi-faceted strategy to create and maintain a portfolio of quality affordable rental housing in Maricopa County. HAMC has added a HUD Rental Assistance Demonstration Project strategy to reposition public housing and increase the portfolio for the Coffelt Lamoreaux, Madison Heights, Norton Circle, and HM Watson Homes properties.
