H-3. DECLARATION OF TRUST FOR REAL PROPERTY Approve and execute Declaration of Trust document (form HUD-52190-A) which declares and acknowledges that effective immediately and during the existence of the trust hereby created, HUD has been granted and is possessed of an interest in its public housing properties. This is to assure HUD of the performance by HAMC of the covenants contained in the Development Project Grant Amendment (dated 3/31/1982) and Annual Contributions Contract (dated 3/15/1996). HAMC does acknowledge and declare that it is possessed of and holds in trust LOT A 4-2, PEORIA COMMERCE PARK, ACCORDING TO BOOK OF MAPS, PAGE 29, RECORDS OF MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA.
