H-2. AMEND CONTRACT NO. S 02396 WITH TAG ASSOCIATES, INC. HOUSING DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Adopt Resolution 12-027 and approve Amendment to Contract No. S 02396 between the Housing Authority of Maricopa County (HAMC) and TAG Associates, Inc., originally effective February 13, 2012 to February 13, 2013. This action amends the Contract Value, as referenced in Paragraph 3.3.3 of the Contract from $50,000 to $200,000. This action also amends the Contract Terms, as referenced in Paragraph 3.4 of the Contract to retain the right to renew this contract, at HAMC’s option, for two (2) one year periods with a Not to Exceed value of $200,000 for each year. All other terms and conditions of the Original contract remain unchanged. (C-66-13-008-M-00)
