DISPOSE REAL PROPERTY AND OFFER AT PUBLIC AUCTION Adopt Resolution No. 12-036 and authorize the Housing Authority of Maricopa County (HAMC) Executive Director to execute all required documents and certifications related to application to HUD for the disposition of the HAMC’s Administrative buildings located at 2024 N 7th Street, Phoenix, AZ pursuant to 24 CFR Part 970.9, and offering the aforementioned property for sale through a public auction process pursuant to ARS §11-251.
