H-1. HOUSING AUTHORITY PUBLIC HOUSING WRITE OFF OF VACATED ACCOUNTS FOR APRIL – SEPTEMBER 2012 VACATED TENANTS Adopt resolution No. 13-004 and approve write off in the amount of $19,212.73. This amount reflects the aged vacated receivables. The write offs are a part of the tenant account scoring threshold by HUD. There are no County General funds associated with this item. The financial impact to HAMC is a $19,212.73 expense at 2013 year end to the Public Housing Income Statement. The uncollectable vacated tenant accounts must be written off for annual fiscal year accounting. (C-66-13-028-M-00)
