H-1. AGREEMENT WITH MARICOPA COUNTY HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT FOR DEVELOPMENT OF AN ACCESS POINT Adopt Resolution 13-006 and approve a non-financial Agreement between Maricopa County Human Services Department and the Housing Authority of Maricopa County to establish the Housing Authority as an Access Point agency for purposes of Workforce Development activities. This Agreement is effective upon signature by both parties and will expire June 30, 2015. (C-66-13-033-M-00)
