H-1. RENTAL DEMONSTRATION ASSISTANCE APPLICATION TO THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (COFFELT PROPERTY) Adopt Resolution No. 13-007 and approve completion of a Rental Demonstration Assistance application for the Coffelt public housing property to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and authorize the HAMC Executive Director to complete the RAD Board Approval Form certifying that she has the requisite authority to execute and submit the RAD application and all subsequent materials and documentation by HUD standards. This item is effective upon Board approval and has no financial impact. (C-66-13-034-M-00)
