RENTAL DEMONSTRATION ASSISTANCE APPLICATION TO THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (MADISON PROPERTY) Adopt Resolution No. 13-008 and approve completion of a Rental Demonstration Assistance application for the Madison public housing property to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and authorize the HAMC Executive Director to complete the RAD Board Approval Form certifying that she has the requisite authority to execute and submit the RAD application and all subsequent materials and documentation by HUD standards. H-7. ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION TO RENTAL DEMONSTRATION ASSISTANCE APPLICATION TO THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (MADISON PROPERTY) Approve an administrative correction to the action taken by the Board of Commissioners on May 22, 2013, regarding the adoption of Resolution 13-008 and approval of completion of a Rental Demonstration Assistance application for the Madison public housing property to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and authorize the HAMC Executive Director to complete the RAD Board Approval Form certifying that she has the requisite authority to execute and submit the RAD application and all subsequent materials and documentation by HUD standards (C-66-13-035-M-00). This correction will add additional public housing properties HM Watson Homes and Norton Circle to the application. The names were correctly identified in the corresponding and adopted Resolution 13-008, but were inadvertently not named in the agenda item. (C-66-13-035-M-01)
