H-3. LEGAL SERVICES RETAINER AGREEMENT Adopt Resolution 13-012 and approve a Legal Services Retainer Agreement between the Housing Authority of Maricopa County and the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office for legal services. Effective Fiscal Year 2014 and starting July 2013, HAMC shall pay $3,432.91 per month for 11 months and $3,432.99 in the 12th month to the County for a total of $41,195. (C-66-13-038-M-00)
