H-1. ARIZONA PUBLIC SERVICES COMPANY EXTRANET AGREEMENT Adopt Resolution 13-018 and approve APS Extranet Agreement. Through this Agreement, APS has agreed to permit the Housing Authority of Maricopa County to access the APS Extranet to provide pay guarantee services to APS customers who receive Housing Authority utilities assistance payments. The Agreement is effective upon Board of Commissioners approval. There are no expenditures associated with this action. (C-66-14-002-M-00)
