H-4. AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO ENTER INTO A FINANCING AGREEMENT INVOLVING A PROPOSED ENERGY SERVICES CONTRACT WITH HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL INC. Adopt Resolution 13-019 and authorize the Executive Director to enter into an energy performance contract financing agreement with a qualified lender for financing not to exceed $2,000,000 and negotiate and execute all necessary legal documents, including, but not limited to, mortgages, security interests, liens and encumbrances, as required to obtain financing of the energy services contract. Expenditure impact is detailed in amortization schedule document entitled, "Payment Schedule re Energy Services" which is a 16-year payment schedule based on current available savings. While the rate shown is above current market rates, the final payment schedule can be adjusted at closing to match the actual market rate. The loan will be paid with HUD Public Housing operating subsidy. (C-66-14-003-M-00)
