H-2. GRANT EASEMENT TO SOUTHWEST GAS CORPORATION FOR NATURAL GAS SERVICE Approve and authorize the granting of an easement, without a public auction pursuant to A.R.S. 11-251 (9), in consideration of $1.00, to Southwest Gas Corporation (SWG), its successors and assigns for the distribution of natural gas (and for all other purposes connected therewith) in, upon, over, under across through and along the easement parcel, and authorize the Chairman of the Board to execute all necessary documents approved by Counsel to grant such easement. The easement is for existing gas lines within Housing Authority property at 10950 North 87th Avenue in Peoria, Arizona. (C-66-14-010-M-00)
