H-1. RESOLUTION 14-002 GRANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF MARICOPA COUNTY AND THE ARIZONA COMMUNITY FOUNDATION Adopt Resolution 14-002 and approve acceptance of a recoverable grant from ACF in the amount of $75,000 for the purpose of funding predevelopment activities related to the Coffelt Lamoreaux Project in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement dated December 16, 2013 from ACF. The Grant shall be available for disbursement commencing on the date that all standard conditions contained in Section 6 have been satisfied, and continuing through and including July 1, 2015 or the date which HAMC closes construction financing for the Project (the "Maturity Date").
