H-2. RESOLUTION 14-003 ACCEPT STATE-SHARED REVENUE GRANT FUNDING FROM THE GILA RIVER INDIAN COMMUNITY (OFFICE OF SPECIAL FUNDING) Adopt Resolution 14-003 and approve acceptance of a State-Shared Revenue Grant in the amount of $380,000 from the Gila River Indian Community (GRIC Resolution GR-225-13). This grant will be used for the purpose of funding a reconfiguration of 6 existing units at Clare Feldstadt II, a public housing property in Mesa, AZ. This reconfiguration will result in the construction of 6 additional units in Mesa, a creation of 12 units that will respond to the market demand of 1 bedroom units in the County. The funds are to be paid over a two-year period in the amount of $190,000 in 2013 and $190,000 in 2014 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the award letter dated October 25, 2013 from GRIC.
