H-2. RESOLUTION 14-007 LEASE AGREEMENT WITH CHICANOS POR LA CAUSA INC. Adopt Resolution 14-007 and approve the Lease Agreement between the Housing Authority of Maricopa County (HAMC) and Chicanos Por La Causa Inc (CPLC). HAMC agrees to lease two public housing units to be used as a Family Resource Center by Parenting Arizona, a program of CPLC, at the Father Fidelis Kuban site in Guadalupe, Arizona. The Agreement commenced on February 1, 2014 for a period of one year, with two (2) one year options. CPLC agrees to pay rent for the leased premises in the amount of One Hundred ($100.00) dollars per month. Either party may terminate this Agreement with 90 days written notice. HUD approved HAMC’s November 6, 2013 Request for Offline Units, Special Use Unit, Family Resource Center on December 19, 2013 for a period of three years. The expiration date of HUD’s approval is January 1, 2017. (C-66-14-025-M-00)
