H-2. RESOLUTION 14-006 FISCAL YEAR 2010 MANAGEMENT AND FINANCIAL REVIEW REPAYMENT AGREEMENT Adopt Resolution No. 14-006 and approve the Fiscal Year 2010 Management and Financial Review Repayment Agreement between the Housing Authority of Maricopa County (HAMC) and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). HAMC must return $115,523.61 to HUD through non-Federal funds. HAMC will make repayment to HUD in equal annual installments over a period of ten (10) years commencing June 30, 2014 in the amount of $11,552.36. (C-66-14-028-M-00)
