H-2. RESOLUTION 14-009 PUBLIC HOUSING VACATED ACCOUNTS WRITE OFFS Adopt Resolution No. 14-009 and approve the write off of $23,689.50 in Uncollectible Tenant Accounts Receivable. This item is effective upon Board approval. There are no County General funds associated with this item. The impact is $23,689.50 expense at 2013 year end to the Public Housing Income Statement. The uncollectable vacated tenant accounts must be written off for annual fiscal year accounting. The write offs are a part of the tenant account scoring threshold by HUD. The goal is to keep no more than 1.5% of billed tenant charges on the accounts receivable for a full value score of 5 points on the Management Assessment System. Attempts have been made to locate vacated tenants for payment. (C-66-14-029-M-00)
