H-1. RESOLUTION NO. 14-010 HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN REVISION, SECTION 11 -- RECERTIFICATIONS Adopt Resolution No. 14-010 and approve revision to the Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan Section 11 regarding the reporting of changes to family composition and income. Section 11 is amended to state all changes to family composition and income are to be reported within 10 days of the occurrence. The revised policy will be effective upon approval by the Board of Commissioners. This policy change is consistent with HUD requirements. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires the Housing Authority of Maricopa County (HAMC) to obtain governing board approval of all Housing Choice Voucher Program policies where HUD has allowed the housing authority to make program decisions based on local and agency needs.
