HA-1. RESOLUTION NO. 14-011 DECLARE 2024 N. 7TH STREET, PHOENIX PARCEL AS EXCESS AND OFFER PARCEL AT PUBLIC AUCTION Adopt Resolution 14-011 and declare the property located at 2024 N. 7th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85006, Parcels APN 118-53-088, 118-53-089, 118-53-090, and 118-53-091, as excess land and authorize the Housing Authority of Maricopa County to offer the subject property for sale through a public auction process at a minimum bid of $525,000. The terms of the final purchase sale agreement are subject to the approval of the Board of Commissioners. Parcels APN 118-53-088, 118-53-089, 118-53-090, and 118-53-091 consist of a complex of two single story office buildings, built in 1981, containing 13,228 s.f., situated on a 1.01 acre site zoned C-0, by the City of Phoenix. Building “A” consists of approximately 6,976 s.f., and Building “B” consists of approximately 6,252 s.f. The buildings were occupied by HAMC as a single owner occupant from 1995 until March 2013 when HAMC Administrative Offices were moved to Peoria, AZ. The subject property was recently appraised at $575,000. The Housing Authority of Maricopa County has determined the property is excess to its requirements. (C-66-14-032-M-00)

H-1. RESOLUTION 14-016 SALE AGREEMENT WITH REHOLDING 1, LLC Adopt Resolution 14-016 and approve purchase/sale agreement with REHOLDING 1, LLC, or its assignee, for the sale of real property which was offered through a public auction process conducted on July 23, 2014. The property is located in the vicinity of 2024 North Seventh Street in Phoenix, Arizona, known as Building A and Building B of Seventh Street/Monte Vista Office Condominium together with an undivided interest in, and to, the common elements, as to each Unit, as set forth in the recorded Declaration of Condominium at County Records No. 88-556255; and authorize the Chairman to execute all documents, covenants, and agreements associated with the sale of the subject real property. REHOLDING 1, LLC is the successful bidder through a public auction process whereby the subject property was offered at auction on July 23, 2014. The successful bid amount is $525,000.00.
