H-2. RESOLUTION NO. 14-014 EMPLOYEE BENEFITS RENEWAL FOR PLAN YEAR 2015 Adopt Resolution No. 14-014, approve the Plan Year 2015 employee benefits package presented by PayChex, and authorize the Executive Director to execute related contracts. Present medical coverage with BlueCross BlueShield of Arizona expires June 30, 2014 and new coverage with United HealthCare (UHC) will begin July 1, 2014. Cost is projected to be $515,300 for the plan year depending on the number of employees enrolled. (C-66-14-033-M-00)
