SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED TO CITY OF AVONDALE Approve Special Warranty Deed to the City of Avondale and convey to the City real property within property owned by the Housing Authority of Maricopa County at 1103 N. 6th Street, Avondale, Maricopa County, Arizona. This deed is exempt from the requirement of filing an affidavit of value pursuant to A.R.S. 11-1134(A)(3). Authorize the Chairman of the Board to execute all necessary documents approved by Counsel to grant such special warranty deed. (C-66-15-001-M-00)
