H-2. HERO PERFORMANCE AWARD PROGRAM Approve the Housing Authority of Maricopa County’s HERO Performance Award Program (Policy No. HHR-23). This program is a means for the agency to promote productivity, initiative, and creativity and to provide immediate and visible recognition of employee contributions. All employees (classified, unclassified, contract) are eligible to receive a cash award under this plan. This item is budgeted in the amount of $17,000 in the Central Office Cost Center FY 2015 budget (non-HUD funds). The policy is effective upon Board approval. (C-66-15-005-M-00)
