H-2. RESOLUTION 15-005 PUBLIC HOUSING WRITE-OFF OF $17,437.88 IN UNCOLLECTIBLE TENANT ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE Adopt Resolution No. 15-005 and approve the write-off of $17,437.88 in uncollectible Tenant Accounts Receivable for the period through November 2014. This action is effective upon Board approval. The write-offs are for tenants with a balance older than 90 days in the Tenant Accounts Receivable. This amount reflects a period through November 2014. Write-offs are a part of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Tenant Accounts scoring threshold. It is the goal of the Housing Authority of Maricopa County to have Tenant Accounts Receivable no more than 1.5% of billed tenant charges. (C-66-15-014-M-00)
