RESOLUTION 15-014 EMPLOYEE BENEFITS RENEWAL FOR PLAN YEAR 2016 Adopt Resolution 15-014 and approve the Housing Authority of Maricopa County’s Benefit Package for Fiscal Year 2016 (July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016) presented by Wells Fargo, and authorize the Executive Director to execute related contracts. The current employee benefits coverage is set to expire on June 30, 2015. The packages presented by United HealthCare, Assurant, EyeMed, the Standard and MHN best meet the needs of HAMC.
