H-1. RESOLUTION 15-010 PUBLIC HOUSING RENT COLLECTION POLICY Adopt Resolution 15-010 and approve the Public Housing Rent Collection Policy. This policy sets forth the procedures established by the HAMC applicable to the collection of all rent as well as the procedures to be utilized in collecting delinquent accounts for the public housing units owned by the HAMC. This policy is effective upon Board approval. This item has no financial impact. This policy applies to all Public Housing residents. This policy addresses the manner in which residents must pay their monthly rent and the consequences of late payment or non-payment of rent. This policy is consistent with the laws of the State of Arizona, HUD regulation 24 CFR 966.4-Lease Requirements, and the HAMC’s dwelling lease. (C-66-15-022-M-00)
