H-4. RESOLUTION 15-015 PUBLIC HOUSING WRITE-OFF OF VACATED ACCOUNTS Adopt Resolution No. 15-015 and approve the write off of $20,949.70 in Uncollectible Tenant Accounts Receivable for the period ending June 30, 2015. This action is effective upon Board approval. The uncollectable vacated tenant accounts must be written off for annual fiscal year accounting. The write offs are a part of the tenant account scoring threshold by HUD. The goal is to keep no more than 1.5% of billed tenant charges on the account receivable for a full value score of 5 points on the Management Assessment System. The vacated tenants after attempt to locate for payment are requested for approval to remove. (C-66-15-023-M-00)
