H-5. RESOLUTION 15-016 HOUSING AUTHORITY OF MARICOPA COUNTY 2016 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET Adopt Resolution 15-016 and approve the Housing Authority of Maricopa County’s 2016 Fiscal Year Operating Budget subject to revision by HUD. The Operating Budget will be in effect from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016. The proposed expenditures are necessary in the efficient and economical operation of the Housing Authority of Maricopa County for the purpose of serving low-income families. The budget includes a source of funding adequate to cover all proposed expenditures. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires the Housing Authority submit the budget to the HUD Field Office for review and HUD Form 52574 must be signed by the Housing Authority Board Chairman, and submitted with the budget to HUD.
