H-1. RESOLUTION 15-020 FY 2015 SECTION 8 MANAGEMENT ASSESSMENT PROGRAM (SEMAP) CERTIFICATION Adopt Resolution No. 15-020 and approve the Housing Authority of Maricopa County FY 2015 Section 8 Management Assessment Program rating as a “High Performer.” There is no financial impact associated with this item. HUD 24 CFR 985.101 requires Public Housing Authorities (PHA’s) to submit the HUD required SEMAP certification from within 60 calendar days after the end of its fiscal year. The certification must be approved by PHA Board of Commissioners resolution and signed by the PHA Executive Director. (C-66-16-005-M-00)
