H-1. RESOLUTION 16-004 PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT WITH JOHN RANDEL MOBILE HOME SERVICE INDUSTRIAL, LLC TO ACQUIRE PROPERTY Adopt Resolution 16-004 and authorize the Chairman to execute a Purchase and Sales Agreement and related documents associated with the subject purchase between John Randel Mobile Home Service Industrial, LLC (Seller), or its successor/assignee, and the Housing Authority of Maricopa County (HAMC) in the acquisition of property located at 8872 N. 78th Avenue, Peoria, Arizona for a purchase price of $130,810.00. Additionally, authorize HAMC staff to complete due diligence and escrow closing requirements at a cost not-to-exceed $7,000.00. (C-66-16-012-M-00)
