H-2. RESOLUTION 16-005 SIGNIFICANT AMENDMENT AND SUBMISSION OF THE 2015-2020 PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY PLAN, ANNUAL PERIOD 2015-2016 (VERSION 2) TO THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT Adopt Resolution No. 16-005 and authorize submission of the Housing Authority of Maricopa County 2015-2020 Agency Plan Annual Period 2015-2016 (Version 2) to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. HAMC's 2015-2020 Agency Plan Annual Period 2015-2016 (dated April 2015) was approved by the Board of Commissioners by Resolution 15-008 on April 8, 2015. This Significant Amendment is necessary to provide additional information as required by HUD PIH Notice 2012-32, REV-1 and any successor Notices and Guidelines concerning HAMC’s Rental Assistance Demonstration portfolio conversion plans from public housing to project-based assistance.
