H-1. RESOLUTION 16-006 SUBMISSION OF FISCAL YEAR 2016-2017 PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY PLAN TO THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT AS REQUIRED BY THE QUALITY HOUSING AND WORK RESPONSIBILITY ACT OF 1998 Adopt Resolution No. 16-006 and authorize the submission of the Housing Authority of Maricopa County Fiscal Year 2016-2017 PHA Annual Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Also authorize the Chairman of the Authority's Board of Commissioners to execute on behalf of the Housing Authority of Maricopa County all HUD required certifications relative to the Annual Plan including form HUD-50077 (Compliance with PHA Plans and Related Regulations).
