H-3. RESOLUTION 16-016 REAPPOINTMENT OF LILLIAN MICKEY LUND TO THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF MARICOPA COUNTY ADVISORY COMMITTEE FOR A TERM TO EXPIRE ON JUNE 30, 2018 Adopt Resolution No. 16-016 and reappoint Lillian Mickey Lund to the Housing Authority of Maricopa County Advisory Committee for a two-year term effective July 1, 2016 and expiring on June 30, 2018. Ms. Lund is an appointment from Supervisorial District 4. The bylaws of the Advisory Committee of the Housing Authority of Maricopa County state that the Advisory Committee shall be comprised of at least eight (8), but not more than (10) members. Each member of the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners shall appoint one (1) member; the Maricopa County Manager shall appoint at least one (1), but not more than two (2) members; the Maricopa County Board of Commissioners shall appoint at least one (1) but not more than two (2) eligible resident committee members who must be a Housing Authority Public Housing resident and/or a Housing Authority Housing Choice Voucher recipient in good standing as required by federal law; and there shall be one (1) non-voting member appointed by the County Manager who is a current Maricopa County employee who administers CDBG/HOME grants.
