H-4. RESOLUTION 16-023 HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN REVISION Adopt Resolution 16-023 and approve Housing Choice Voucher Program Administrative Plan revision. The revised Plan will be effective upon approval by the Board of Commissioners. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires the Housing Authority of Maricopa County to obtain governing board approval of all Housing Choice Voucher Program policies where HUD has allowed the housing authority to make program decisions based on local and agency needs.
