56. ACQUIRE LAND RIGHTS ON PRIVATE PROPERTIES ADJACENT TO THE CLOSED CAVE CREEK LANDFILL Approve and authorize the Chairman of the Board to execute all necessary documents approved by County Counsel to acquire the land rights for the installation of temporary and permanent ground water monitoring wells on properties owned by the Arizona State Land Department, Federal Government, and on private properties adjacent to the closed Cave Creek landfill, to comply with the Consent Order between Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, approved by the Board on June 8, 2005, (C-67-05-003-1-00), and authorize the payment for the needed land rights and sites.
