TERMINATION OF LEASE AGREEMENT Approve and execute Lease Agreement Termination letter to terminate that certain Lease Agreement dated April 5, 2006 (Agreement) between Crumb Rubber Manufacturers of America, LLC (Lessor) and Maricopa County (Lessee). Lessor owns the property located at 11400 East Pecos Road, Mesa, Arizona. County’s Environmental Services Department utilizes approximately 575 square feet of facility space to operate a Scale House on said property. Both Lessor and County agree to terminate the Agreement on December 31, 2022. County will vacate the Premises on or before the date/time of termination. The original Agreement was approved under agenda item C-67-06-004-4-00. This property is in Supervisorial District 2 (C-88-23-005-X-00)
