PUBLIC HEARING FOR RESOLUTION 2011R002 MARICOPA COUNTY WASTE RESOURCES AND RECYCLING DEPARTMENT TRANSFER STATION FEE SCHEDULE Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) §49-741, § 11-269 and § 11-251, convene a public hearing at which parties in interest and other citizens have an opportunity to be heard and consider the adoption of Resolution WRR 2011R002 Transfer Station Fee Schedule. Upon the Board of Supervisors approval, this item will become effective August 22, 2012. This item was approved under (C-67-08-002-M-00) on June 4, 2008 . This item impacts all Supervisorial Districts . THE DEPARTMENT IS WITHDRAWING THE ITEM AT THIS TIME UNTIL IT IS READVERTISED AND REPOSTED. (C-67-12-009-M-00)
