75. PUBLIC HEARING FOR RESOLUTION 2011R001 MARICOPA COUNTY WASTE RESOURCES AND RECYCLING REAL PROPERTY PERMITTING PROCESS Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) §49-741, § 11-269 and § 11-251, set a public hearing for August 22, 2012 to solicit comments and consider the adoption of Resolution WRR 2011R001 Real Property Permitting Process, including associated fees. Upon the Board of Supervisors approval, this item will become effective August 22, 2012. Pursuant to A.R.S. §49-741, § 11-269 and § 11-251 the Board of Supervisors are proposed to adopt and enforce Resolution WRR 2011R001 Maricopa County Waste Resources and Recycling Real Property Permitting Process, including associated fees. Properties subject to this action are utilized for waste reduction, waste recycling and waste disposal, including closed landfills operated and maintained by the County, and active waste transfer stations. Regulating and controlling the use by non-County entities of the properties to minimize impact on the Department’s operations and the County’s liability for such use, is in the public interest . 7. PUBLIC HEARING FOR RESOLUTION 2011R001 MARICOPA COUNTY WASTE RESOURCES AND RECYCLING REAL PROPERTY PERMITTING PROCESS Pursuant to A.R.S. §49-741, § 11-269 and § 11-251, convene a public hearing at which parties in interest and other citizens have an opportunity to be heard and consider the adoption of Resolution WRR 2011R001 Real Property Permitting Process, including associated fees. Upon the Board of Supervisors approval, this item will become effective August 22, 2012. This action authorizes the Director of the Waste Resources and Recycling Department, or his designated agent, to issue permits governing construction, reconstruction, removal, repair and maintenance activities on Maricopa County property operated by the Waste Resources and Recycling Department, and the action establishes the permit procedure and fee schedule to be followed. This item impacts all Supervisorial Districts. THE DEPARTMENT IS WITHDRAWING THE ITEM AT THIS TIME UNTIL IT IS READVERTISED AND REPOSTED. (C-67-12-008-M-00)
